🧘♀️ PoYoMi Center – Terms of Service
1. Bookings
All classes, workshops, and events must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or event start time may be charged in full.
2. Memberships
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
They renew automatically according to the selected plan, unless cancelled before the next billing date.
After signing up, each membership has a minimum duration of six (6) months.
Cancellation is possible after six months, and notice must be given before the first of the next month.
Once cancelled, your membership remains valid until the end of your paid period.
3. Trainings & Retreats
Deposits and payments for teacher trainings or retreats are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by PoYoMi Center.
In specific cases, payments may be transferred to another participant or a future event after consultation.
4. Studio Etiquette
Please arrive on time and respect the peaceful atmosphere of our studios.
PoYoMi Center reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate memberships if a participant behaves disruptively or unsafely.
5. Schedule & Policy Changes
PoYoMi Center reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class schedules, pricing, and policies when necessary.
Any major changes will always be communicated via email or our booking system.
6. Liability
Participation in classes, trainings, or events is at your own risk.
PoYoMi Center and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
Please consult your physician before participating in any physical activity if you have health concerns.
